Approved by the British Psychological Society, both are workplace focused, easy to understand, and will give you and team a powerful tool to understand each other and how to work best together in the real world.
I am also a certified facilitator of Meetings That Matter, developed by Alicia McKay. Meetings That Matter provides a flexible but structured approach for leading strategic conversations that drive action outside the room. That matters, because without action it doesn’t matter how good our ideas are - they won’t go anywhere.
